Start-to-Finish Coordination
- File setup in RBO + checklist creation
- Paperwork handling for buyer and seller files from acceptance through closing
- Document QA (accuracy, signatures/initials/dates, addenda pairing, compliance checks)
- Maintain all parties in RBO (clients, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, etc.)
- Distribute executed documents to attorneys/lenders as needed
Deadlines, Communication & Compliance
- Calendar + milestone tracking (deposit, inspection, appraisal, commitment, title, closing)
- Direct coordination with lenders, attorneys/paralegals, and clients
- Clear, periodic agent status updates
- Follow-ups for missing items + clean audit trail
Money & Broker Review
- Commission invoice prepared and sent to closing attorney (and lender if needed)
