Sales Agent

What does List’n Show charge?  A flat transaction fee of:  $295 for the first $200,000 of the total closed sale price of properties and $100 for each additional $100,000 above the first $200,000 of the total closed sale price of properties. For non-sale transactions, such as rentals or referrals, the Transaction Fee is 10% of the commission, maximum of $295. 

There is a small Annual fee of $540 per year for E&O Insurance and CRM & Transaction Management Technology. 

That’s it, no hidden fees, monthly fees, administrative fees, marketing fees, desk fees, franchise fees, etc.

Buyer Specialist

Buyer Specialists work one-on-one with the Broker using Broker and Buyer Specialist provided leads. This position is responsible for following up with the leads they receive and prospecting for buyers. A Buyer Specialist must research properties on the MLS systems, preview properties, show properties to qualified clients, and help them evaluate and compare homes. This person is also responsible for negotiating offers and repair requests.  This is the perfect opportunity for new agents and sales agents looking to specialize and increase their business.
